I just wanted to share it with you, so here it is! : D
This is Shaun Blokker, known as Shaun T.
I never seriously worked out in my life before, but Shaun T made me see that that's one of the best things you can do in life. I feel so much more alive and strong because of him.
He not only inspires and gives you strength but he's also a great human being! And loves sweet potato and avocado xD
I recently finished Insanity and started MAX 30, but got a bad injury in my ankle, so had to stop. But maybe next week I will be able to restart the program! : D
